One Week To Go

Here we go again!  I can't believe that NaNoWriMo is almost upon us.  It seems like I just finished my first effort moments ago.  But it's been almost a year since I typed the last words of "The Reluctant Bride". Wow.

I guess it's time to start planning. So far I don't have much. Mostly disconnected thoughts about various plot ideas - not sure how those might come together. There are a lot of differences between this year and last year. I I plan on writing in third person, I am going to try put a fair bit of planning into this novel - or at least try to be less "fly by the seat of my pants" than last year, and my main character is going to be male.

I am really excited to get started.  I am already contemplating which snacks will make it to our spread for that first night.  It almost goes without saying that my drink of choice is the silver bullet - one should never attempt to write a horror novel without at least a few.
